Can I return Zara online orders in store?

Yes — any Zara store in the same market takes online returns, and it is the fastest refund. The reverse is not true: store purchases cannot be mailed back.

Does Zara accept returns without a receipt?

For online orders, the QR/order number is your receipt and lives in the app. For store purchases, the paper receipt is effectively required — Zara is stricter about this than most.
